At The Air Purifier Store, we want you to breathe easy and be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your unit isn't the perfect fit for your home, we offer a hassle-free 30-day return policy on all unused products in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team via email or our online portal within 30 days of delivery to receive your Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the air purifier and all original filters, manuals, and remote controls back into the original manufacturer's box to ensure safe transit.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the unit for quality assurance, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
